Location: National Arboretum, Washington, DC
One of my favorite things about Washington, DC’s National Arboretum in the spring is that they have groves of cherry blossom trees — without the crowds! So when this mom-and-dad-to-be booked their maternity session with me, I knew this would be the perfect spot for them. The cherry blossom trees were at peak bloom AND we even had petal snow falling from the trees when there was a breeze. It was romantic and peaceful – and I loved getting to capture this sweet couple’s special chapter beneath the blossoms!
